Sterilize my vial & decant from old vial to new

Hi guys

I want to draw up some UGL test cypionate via a syringe filter and dump into my recently used pharmacy grade testosterone cypionate vial.

I will then bake this vial at 280f for 1 hr to sterilize (read this on basskilleronline)

Is this a good process for taking Chinese made product and making it as clean as possible?
