Sterilizing Winstrol??

If you shake it and it has particles then as far as I know it cannot be filtered. If it doesn't have particles just use a syringe filter. What source did you get it from?

Your question has been answered but you're too bullish to notice. It doesn't need filtering or heating at all. Just inject it and you'll be fine. Again, the eyeball is the best place

It's in a suspension which means there are particles in there that are not in solution. Solution meaning that it is a clear liquid. Unless you want to also filter out the winstrol particles you will need to heat it temporarily into solution. While the winstrol is on the hot plate and in temporary solution you need to draw and filter in to sealed sterile vial before it starts to crash again. Also, you shouldn't need to add any ba.

OP has two choices

1 Dilute them to make a true solution (clear) then filter
2 drink them

filtering suspensions will remove most of the winny too as it forms clumps.
