Sterilizing with an autoclave or dry heat (oven)?

Recently I have come across a local ad for a medical autoclave at a bargain price. I remember reading somewhere that autoclaves shouldn't be used for oil-based AAS, only water-based. Therefore dry baking in the oven should only be used. I am not sure how high pressure steam sterilization can harm an oil within a sealed vial and dry heat does not. In any case, I am not sure about the validity of the claim since there is an awful lot of broscience going around.

Have anyone tried sterilizing their gear with a pressure cooker/autoclave? What was your results, do you think the process damaged your oil? Does anyone have any insight about the proper procedure?

I never did it, but I already bought a cook, who also was my friend at the time .. He sold me some testosterone and NPP, he make a test with NPP (he autoclaved the solution) ... I sincerely enjoyed testosterone but I did not feel anything using the NPP (and this was the one that was autoclaved)

sooo.. i think, isn't a good idea autoclave the solution

sry for bad english, i'm from brazil

.2 filter and BA only for sterilising your juice.

Autoclave and dry heat oven is for sterilising equipment like glass vials.

Baking your gear will do absolutely nothing for sterility.

(Auto clave is effectively steam. You know what happens when you mix oil and water? That's right..... They don't mix)
