I think you're trying to throw shit on this seller.
Ordered on the 20th (2 days ago), received tracking yesterday indicating the package had been registered by courier on the 20th (the same day I ordered it).
It's fine to talk about under-dosed products, but absolutely not about their reliability. If there are problems, they resend the packages and reach agreements.
We were able to resolve the issue. He found my order has been stuck since October 8th and hasn't been delivered. I then tried to contact stero via Telegram and was met by a scammer!
Stero is now resending the package and has included something extra. Thank you for that. Additionally, his email on October 12th didn't reach me due to the provider. So we weren't able to resolve the issue in time.
I can only warn everyone about this Telegram account.

These guys are either selective scammers or they're running an unprofessional operation. I made an order, sent Monero payment within minutes, but heard nothing. No email confirmation of the order, no payment confirmation. It's like it went into a black hole, which is unlike any other source I've used before.
But hey, benefit of the doubt, sometimes email system have hiccups. So I reached out on Telegram (@sterobiz66) and asked about it, no answer. I slept on it and tried again next day on email (info@stero.biz, and sterobiz66@proton.me), no answer. It's now been days with no info or answer. They basically took my money and vanished.
I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt that they might not be selective scammers, but anyway they're not serious people.
