I ran high 13's low 14's when I was in 25 years ago, I was 19 and ran everyday before school, played football and a couple other sports so I was in great shape when I got there. As a UPL who conducts urinalysis, I cosign this. There must be evidence of use.The Military does test for steroids but your chain of command has to specifically order the test. It’s not covered in a quarterly drug test.

If that’s the case, like mentioned already, do sit ups, push ups, and run all the damn time. You really wanna get good...low crawl for miles as well.Its not about just completing it it's about maxing out every requirement.
