You should be getting a little stronger from every workout, be able to add an extra 5lbs or crank out an extra half a rep or 2 just by training naturally. If 're not at all stronger, as you stated, after the past month or so I'd definitely take a good hard look at how you're training...

I've never had legit dbol and I guess I expected miracles. I am a little bigger but not at all stronger. What am I doing wrong stretch since you're so fucking perfect
