Just a reminder for the rest of the members, total time from placing an order till the actual delivery is always much bigger than the actual transit.
We often have cases of payments being in pending status for 2-3 days before clearance or if weekends occur we have to ship on Monday.
Also, very few customers pay in the same day they make the order. Most of them pay 2-3 days later so there are cases where it takes 6-7 days for the actual dispatch to occur.
Sir, nowhere to be found is not something I can agree with when it comes to my customers orders. All orders are shipped with a tracking code and we can launch further investigations if the online tracking system has no answer about it.
Delivery time is not a month, it's 2 weeks from Asia and 6 days from Europe. Delays can indeed occur, but those are rare and most of the times due to a carrier problem, misdelivery, misrouting etc.
