just because someone is new doesn't mean they don't have the right to know. He has every right to the information that is available here as you do. If a rep is giving info that is biased and we don't know they are a rep then that info could be thought to be 100% from an unbiased source when in all reality it isn't.
I have nothing bad to say about anyone I have talked with here. I feel like I have been treated the best by the reps even from other sources giving me info right here on this thread. I didn't know they were reps until they came out and said it.
It would be impractical to have to open every members profile to see if they are a rep or not.
Now I agree, IJ shouldn't have to put pc rep at the end of every post, but not because someone who is new asked about it, but because he has the right to do what he wants.

I hear where you're coming from but would you buy drugs based on their word alone anyway, I know people have problems with reps but research should be the source of your decision to buy anyway. Reps are more of a quick question and answer not a point to base your purchase on. Plus these guys constantly are flamed for being reps if you even search a few Pcom threads.

This is very true. No one should ever base a decision on one persons opinion alone, but knowing why they have that opinion, i.e. They are repping, may help you to better understand their reasoning for said opinion.
I see no problem with reps and don't understand why they get so much grief. I see way too many people hating on reps for no reason at all, but the people doing the hating have too much time on their hands and can open everyone's profile page and see who they are.
I personally don't feel one way or another about the issue but can see both sides of it and feel that we should all be here to help one another.
I do feel strongly that just because a person is new doesn't make them any less important than the next person.
 
@Millard Baker just had a thought sir. Seeing as members should know what "members" are actually employees for certain labs here. Any chance sir of changing their status ie junior,active or WKM. To PC rep or whatever lab name they are working for? I think it's fair for the community to know who's who once a worker has become known here sir. Thankyou MB

If that is what the MESO community would like I'm fine with it. Should it be just Rep or source specific?
 
So in this case how would the person receiving this product, assuming they bought more than one specific item, know what is what?
If this can't be answered without giving away delicate information then no answer is okay.
Just curious for future orders.

Sir, our vials have different colored tops. If 2 different products like Test-E and C have the same colored top (e.g. blue) you'll find some discreet markings inside the box to identify them.

@Darius PharmacomStore seeing as your the boss. Do you think it would be fair to have your employees change their status to PC reps? It would show good faith on your part sir. Thankyou

Sir, I didn't know this status option now became available upon request.
Several months ago, when the rep scandal erupted, I also proposed that or any other form of transparent rep identification.

Therefore, the answer is definitely yes, it will be done asap if Dema and IJ will also agree with this. I'm not their boss, they were both former loyal customers before accepting helping me on several boards where they were well known by the community.

Our collaboration is not a relationship of subordination.

1. Your 100% guaranteed delivery affirmation is based on the shipping method you use or does it mean that you will keep shipping our orders until we receive them? I know the second option looks very unlikely but I find the 100% garanteed delivery a very strong word to rely on...

2. You have mentioned a few times already that there's no "out of stock" in your store since the order will be sent directly from the manufacturer in case of any missing products.
Now, my question is: Are your customers asked if they agree with this before the shipping ? (As they may experience issues getting it through customs...)


PS: If these were already answered before, I apologize for my blindness.

One of our warehouses has a premium delivery service, which never had a seizure since 2011, so it's fair to say it has a 100% shipping success rate for the 6th consecutive year in a row. Also, from this place, orders are delivered in 5-6 days to US and 2-3 days to EU.

Shipping from the factory will take a few days more plus several more days for our colleagues there to prepare the package therefore for this option we can offer better prices, discounts, free samples added etc.

We have a reshipping policy so hypothetically, if your package gets seized, lost or misrouted, it will be reshipped.

My colleagues from the e-mail support line keep a close contact to all of our customers since we don't use a ticketing service or an automatic reply system so the answer is YES, if the order is split in different packages or we decide to ship from a different warehouse we do announce our customers.

Most of this info can be also found on our FAQ or Terms and Conditions.

I'm assuming that you don't belong to a source board? Source board being where one logs on to read reviews and check out price and product lists.
Source boards generally charge a monthly fee to the source to keep their lists up and the threads active and to have it moderated by staff to keep the source happy and in return continue to pay those board fees.
One of the oldest rules in the online steroid Community is to NOT discuss packaging and shipping details. Questions relating to these areas are kept to private msg in order to not lend any help to law enforcement. We like to make LE work for their busts. We don't want to tip them off as to what to look for when a pkg is headed from the source to the customer. Making such posts in the open forum is grounds for being banned from the board the issue occurred as well as being blacklisted by every source in earshot.
Pharmacom isn't all that concerned, obviously. The standard response to my asking why they seem to not mind a whole bunch is that on a page somewhere on their site they ask that guys not discuss shipping and pkging in the open. The finish the passive aggressive flip of the bird response with if guys don't read it there isn't anything they can do about it.
Seems to me Pcom has all these vet reps who joust all day with certain members that could be spending their time training their customers as to the ins and outs of the online steroid ordering procedures? Meso has always had a large % of new guys. We know pcom wants their money...how about making the pcom customer the smartest, most informed customers out there? That's another way to give back to the Community and not look like the only thing that fucking matters is getting that noob cash.

Yes Sir, the shipping option we mainly use has a shipping success rate of 100% since 2011. Also, it's pretty fast, 5-6 days to US and 2-3 days to EU.
Shipping from the factory (Asia) has indeed a small seizure rate, especially to some US states, like CA, NV, FL.

However, we have a reshipping policy included no matter the warehouse we ship from.
