Alright guys, I placed a small order with these guys back in early, mid December...I've ordered from the basicstero site a few times with little troubles.... well this order has never arrived, the tracking stopped from origin with no updates... thought, not a big deal, seen that happen before so I was patient... well the other day I pm Darius with order number and tracking number and tell him that I haven't received the package... the response I get from him... those don't look like our numbers...well that's funny cause I went to your international site from the short cut on the basicstero site... I haven't heard from him since... at this point I could really care less because like I said it was a small order so to hell with it.... I won't ever order from them again and you guys are free to take what I've said here and do with it what you like... I know the reputation of this lab and experiences are overwhelmingly positive and that's fine but I got screwed out of alittle and then pretty much blown off with a lame excuse... good luck to you guys and atleast you are aware... it's the chance we all take and I just happen to get taken.

I'm just gonna chalk it up as a loss guys... one time I had an issue with the basicstero site saying I didn't pay the right amount that it was short like 40 dollars.. I still had all the transfer info so I showed them that I indeed did transfer the right amount... that was about a year ago but left a bad feeling in my gut... that's why I tried the international route this time and thought I was going to Darius by doing so... my apologies Darius.. you could've discussed it with me more to get to the bottom of it though... sorry for the temporary hijack brothers... I'll politely carry my ass on out of here

Dude contact Basicstero and get to the bottoms of it. If your going to give up that easily than maybe you don't deserve that package. Both these companies will make it right but you have to contact the right people with the right order information.

Go to their thread. Just read someones waiting since first week of december...get on Frank...id like to know how it plays out. If I know one guy gets screwed theyll be taboo for me. Be patient and persistant ....n keep us posted.

Great question. Remember awhile back when Napsgear was found to be storing customer info and they had a security breach? I'm sure the same thing could happen to Pharmacom (purely speculation). This another reason I don't like huge over seas labs, storing customer info. Hope you guys are all using a secure email when dealing with any source.

Sir, what better way to explain than telling you the order number is not our format.
There are currently around a dozen of Pharmacom online sellers.
PMs were indeed replied with a delayed but that was also publicly mentioned, we had some colleagues in vacation and the rest of us were overloaded with e-mails and order processing.
This explains why he was supporting that bullshit with @Djt17. Fucking clown. Your in the wrong thread
Sir, Naps indeed had a security breach, we could have it too, or we could get busted or we could work in cooperation with LE to give out all our customer's info (addresses, payments) for a plea bargain for them to drop charges ...
Or that scammer Pharmacom rep can be indeed part of our staff, a cunning scheme of ours to get some extra $ covered by the fact that we as official distributors can always decide who is a legit seller and who is not and take no responsibility.
As you well mentioned, those are PURELY SPECULATIONS but extremely HARMFUL if not backed up by proper arguments.
Given the nature of our business, I've seen mass hysteria and paranoia appearing from even less than what you've mentioned, so I'm very cautious all the time.
We had our colleagues in vacations and e-mail replies were delayed for more than 72h for the whole week and we've seen customers with at least 4-5 past successful orders accusing us of scam and addressing injuries .....
So, you received an e-mail from someone who apparently sells Pharmacom. We should check if anyone else received it too and maybe post the FULL e-mail content here.
If he's indeed a scammer he for sure sent mass e-mails and if he has multiple e-mail addresses of Pharmacom customers, for sure many will report the same thing.
We are probably the most visible manufacturer / source from most of the major boards so I'm sure we will know if this was an isolated incident or your "purely speculation" is confirmed.
One more thing, if someone has the resources to hack into our server or any other MAJOR source they would have to be VERY smart. So, being pretty smart they would sell our info to a competitor for 20k and NOT sending shady mass e-mails selling our own products.
We could easily cancel their operation by sending our own official mass e-mails informing our customers about that specific e-mail address/website being FAKE or SCAM.
