I have been back and forth with the team at Pharmacomstore. I have had 7 successful orders over years in span. Recently 1 was picked up. I had asked to have it reshipped and did not have a response. Since I had not heard anything, I repurchased the same order and had it shipped to another address. I then received a reply to my messages.
Simply, can you take a look at my orders. Response on the thread or PM is great.
Your team has been great, and this may just be a change in shipping processes.
Sir, first of all I don't reply to our customer support line, 2 of my colleagues are in charge with that.
I don't follow your point, send me a PM with more info. (there is none from you in my inbox)
There are many variables here, for example if you're from a no reship country or if we consider the package wasn't delivered because of a typo on your side we won't be ashamed to say why we won't resend.
Also, we can't do a reshipment without a seizure letter and those might take up to 4-6 weeks in some cases to arrive.
I strongly doubt that my colleagues deliberately avoided your message, they don't pay the reshipments from their own pockets and practically we have an unlimited supply of products at our factory.
In addition to that everyone knows how permissive our reshipping policy is, especially for a customer with 7 orders.
