Have you send Darius a pm? I sure haven't gotten one!..... Also check your spam mail and acct online, tracking very may well be there waiting for you...
 
pharmacon has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life ordered two weeks ago and it says my order still hasn't shipped...they do respond quickly but the response is useless without taking action to fix the problem I just keep getting told the currier has it but won't ship it...wtf you say it take one day to ship and on to two weeks to get there...two weeks later still hasn't shipped.. I mean if you gave it to a currier two week ago and it still hasn't sent, then its time to ship a new one..I mean what am I suppose to do just wait indefinitely....bottem line horrible customer service and tg

I've sent ten e mails vald responded but withe the same scripted answer...sit, there has been a delay sorry thats all he says and that the currier still has it..relly after two week I don't mind waiting the shipping Tim but at least send the thing

business is business if you order any substance in the world in 48 hrs off the Silk Road and it will thats no excuse and I would cars if the didn't advertise next day shipping plus I payed for euro grade the the shit me is junk for Asia the place I normally use has a tracking number within two days max would have stuck with them had I known this was the case..and no I will never respect bad business or fails advertising

Stupid response, I'm sure people know this, the problem is the advertised "quick shipping" 5 business days or whatever it is they advertise on their website. That was my original problem but like you said they won't fuck you, and they will definitely find a way to make it right.

Dealt with a similar issue a couple weeks ago bro, just keep contacting them and I'm sure they will find a way to make it right for you. They were really great with communicating with me after voicing my opinions and definitely helped me out, making me a customer for life.

well I hope thats the case but at this point it will take a month total when they advertise 7-12 days so I contacted Darius well see what happen but at this point if I Gott wait a mont there won't be much they can do to change my mine,,but thank you for your time bro

I understand the problem with the advertising but I have received items from them within 7 business days from ordering and over a month. My response was somewhat for shock value, but my point was r lax and communicate with Darius, Vlad, or anyone over there and they will take care of you.

Plus I saw how new the member was and figured this was his first go with an international company and Darius.

Man some of these new guys are very funny... I remember my first ever order, years years back international... Took just alittle over 3 months and I got my pack.. Yes I sent emails back and forth but never did go on a rampage. People now days have no clue how lucky they have it, receiving ILLegal goods from outside their country in matter of days and sometimes weeks.....

You're winning about 2 weeks and there not gonna reship without a seizure letter. you new guy's need to research before you get something if you had you would known 2 weeks isn't shit some have waited 30 days from many sources not just pcom.
