I would normally would not respond or respond privately but I would like to make point that on at least 2 occasions I have asked for at least a discount code/sample in private because of huge package delays but was told not their fault and such requests were not possible.

Also, we calculate our estimated delivery time from the moment the package is shipped out the origin country. Since placing an order, it can take 2-3 more days for the customer to pay, another 2-3 for payment processing if he did not choose BITCOIN, another 3-4 days for order processing if we're overloaded like we are now and another 2-3 days for our carrier to dispatch.
