PharmaComStore does not require for you to sign that is totally up to your local p.o. I've had to sign a few over the years from different sources and then other times I don't not sure what's up with it

We never require signature upon delivery but depending on the local post legislation in some states they can ask for one at the post office.

Hcg is not available with shipping from the EU domestic warehouse...As for the Dragon Pharma ,we are shipping it now from 2 different locations ,both from the international warehouse and the EU warehouse...

You have probably selected the EU warehouse ,that's why the prices are higher than previously ,because those were the prices for the international shipping.
