Started the yellow tops tonight. They claim to be tested at 15.99 iu so 16. I reconsitutued with 1 mL and did .2 mL which is 3.2 ius. I did this for the first shot.

But I will be using 1.6 mL at 16 iu to make it .1 m L= 1 iu and then just use 3 iu. So that the stuff falls into all in solution well.


I made my own BAC water using distilled water and BA of .09 percent. Then filtered. Will be keeping reconstituted in the fridge, the hgh. The BAC water is not going to be kept cold. But after it is reconsituted with hgh it will be cold. 3 iu a day.
