I live in Spain and only heard good things about you guys so made a small purchase to try out.
Sadly, my parcel was accepted by the post office July first and after that, there was no activity whatsoever. I opened a ticket and got a copy pasted generic response basically saying “Just wait, bro. Good luck.”.
I chose you because you have various positive reviews but mainly because you have EU warehouses, but as of today I must say I’m really disappointed.
Anyway, I am open to giving you guys other chance, since I am interested in buying some fresh gear.
I thought it would be a good idea asking you guys here what would be the best EU domestic shipping warehouse for a fast delivery to Spain, so if more people have the same question, they can just read it here.
What warehouse would you suggest?

Hello Mauro.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we've been working with a 60 day policy after shipment date for re-shipments and store credit refunds, instead of our normal 30 day policy. I'm sure you understand why.
Regarding best warehouses to any given country or zip code, here's the thing... We, reps, work here on the boards, promoting products, assisting customers, etc. But we do NOT deal with this info on a daily basis, like our colleagues from customer service do.
That's why we encourage anyone to ask them about current delays, passing rates to a certain location, etc...
But I surely can ask them too and see what kind of info I get. Please drop me a private line with your order # and I'll reply with any info I can gather, plus a reasonable answer to your question.
