Log of 1st cycle
Here is a short log with some before and after pics. I didn't get blood work done this cycle. This was a 11 week cycle from 3/8/16 to 5/13/16. This was my first cycle so I only did test. I used pharmatest e 300 at 500mg/week split to 250mg twice a week. I really didn't feel anything until about week 5. It didn't hit me all of a sudden like BAM! I just started noticing small things. I was very happy, i had a noticeable increase in energy. I work in a foundry and by the end of my 12 hour shift, its normally really hard to get in the gym but by week 5 i was pumped!! I couldn't wait to get in there. It was awesome. From about week 4-5 til the VERY end of my cycle, my numbers and reps were crazy. I went from doing 3 sets of 10 with dumbell flat bench using 80/90/100 dumbells and at the end of my cycle I was using 120 dumbells for 11 reps on the last set. Now the important part here is I WAS NOT EATING RIGHT for the first 6 weeks. I wasn't even eating at maintenance which was 2900 calories. I was eating pretty clean but didn't start eating right until I started noticing a difference in the gym. I know i messed up, this was just an experiment so I knew what to do next cycle. I gained a noticeable amount of muscle and my physique although still very bad, was night and day. I should have lost more fat before hopping on but I didn't. All my numbers were going up from week 5-11 EVERY time I went to the gym. My front squat started at 180 for 10 reps and by the end of my cycle I hit 230 for 10 reps on my last set. That was amazing!!! I started eating roughly 3500 calories which was 600 over maint and was getting around 400g of protein a day. I had to supplement most of it with shakes and 2% milk. All i can say is, this next cycle will be amazing. Sorry for the lack of info/bloodwork/etc... I am a noob and let the flaming commence. But seriously, I <3 u guys. Later dudes.
