Does anyone know if steroids are legal in Latvia? I was wondering if i can just walk in a pharmacy and buy some test for example without a prescription. Ill be there in a few months

With a prescription yes. Without no. there will be UGL as there is everywhere, but it's not like say Egypt. You can walk into a pharmacy there and get what you need inc PCT. (I have done that while on holiday there)

How about buying them or owning them. I heard they are illegal to import but legal to own and use?
