Just looking for some advice, i first signed on about 4 months ago askin questions about gear, was told to do some research before getting into some. So ive been doing that and iam still confused about what would be a good first time cycle. I thought the stickys in this forum were good, but then read else where that winny was a bad idea, to throw it out. So what should i take trenabole with test? opposed to winny. What about a short cycle of DNP 5-7 days not exceeding 200mg a day? Iam lookin to get lean and maybe gain 5lbs of muscle. Iam 28, have a farily good diet, 5'9" 190lbs 13-15% bf (how accurate are those handheld devices?) Iam not some newbie that just joined the gym last month, ive been going steady for about 4 years. In that time ive spent alot of money on products like no2, prohormones, creatine, and what ever else supp stores try to sell and hype up as the next best thing. I would like to start in the right direction, so any info from veterans would be greatly appericated.
