this will be my second cycle and i am not sure what to do it with. my first was 300mg deca and 500 sust. got some bloat off that one but the joints felt great! i have been training hard for the past 4 years and am currently at 245lbs and 6'1". no idea about bodyfat % but if i had to guess mid to low teens. i am looking to add some lean mass and some strength, but also take it easy on the hairline. that is a big deal to me at this point. any suggestions would be great. thanks in advance.
