what're your stats bro? as in weight/bf % maybe lower protein up carb. as wunderpus said it'll be very beneficial on hgh. and IMO that is a LOT of whey. maybe swap out one or two servings of whey for some meat and see if that makes the pain go away.

This is awsome thanks for the feed back. I can share my current lean gains plan. I work construction so I burn a lot and I also train hard 5-6 days a week.
Weight training day:
Meal 1 : 4 cage free organic eggs/66 grams of gluten free cream of rice/ 1.5 oz of raisins/ a medium bananna/ and 1tbs virgin coconut oil.
Meal 2: 50g of Whey ( the good stuff) and two slices Ezekiel bread and 1/2 Tbs grass fed butter.
Meal 3: 6 oz cage free organic chicken breast and two cups of jasmine white rice with 2 tbs of raw honey and 2 oz of avacado.
Meal 4: (Pre-workout) 50g whey and 1/2 cup of cream of wheat with 1 tbs of virgin coconut oil.
Intra- Two scoops of IntraMD(* if adding 8ius of Humalog i use 3 scoops in a liter of gatorade)
Meal 5: (Post) 6 oz of grass fed beef and two cups of gluten free pasta
Meal 6: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread with 1/2 tbs of grass fed butter and 50 grams of whey.
On my none work out days it is different. I just started using digestive enz. after each meal and a probiotic while fasted first thing in the when I get up. I take liver pills and drink a slash of pure lemon juice in hot water daily. I also take fish oil. Super biocurim and vit d and k supp. I cheat a few times a week. Coffee an hot sauce on everything( but that has now stopped)! Wonderpus I'm going to try your ideas thank you both you have been very helpful.

If I may, let me suggest you try replacing that whey with liquid pasteurized egg whites. I mix mine with almond milk and little Hershey's syrup. It actually tastes!

That much whey is harsh for a lot of people, and it's really not a high quality protein. Add digestive enzymes as well if you can.

Let's also hit a gallon of water a day. Not Gatorade, not soda, not juice... Water!

May I ask why you are seemingly avoiding gluten?

The strawberry syrup is best, IMO. Chocolate is always good. No dairy and packed full of 50g's of protein. I do the whole container.

250 cals, 50g's of protein. Tough to beat that ratio.
