Stooch's 1st cycle log (starting from day 5)

Damn, i just realized im not doing any cardio. Maybe i should start then that way i can get down to 10% bf. I've got 4 weeks left so i'm planning on hitting cardio real hard maybe 4-5 times a week and hoping to drop some bodyfat. if not fuck it, the winnys will make it look like im leaning out.

one quick question. do i need to eat less now that im taking winnys, or should i stay around 6k a day.
 
Don't make the mistake of abandoning your bulk cycle,stay the coarse.
If you are bulking to much just drop a few calories.
Run a cutting/conditioning cycle nxt time.
 
Got it. I'm going to stop the winny then. I just thought that adding the winny might help me keep some of the gains i made. I'm hoping to get all the way to 200lbs another 10 or 4 weeks would be sick. But i fear the introduction of the winny may have already hampered my forthcoming gains. However, i've only taken it for 4 days so im sure if i drop it now things will be fine.

Day 40

Still at 191...probably cause of decreased eating and introduction of winny over the last 4 days. As per jast's advice i'm going to stop the winny and instead focus on really dialing in my cals over the next three weeks. Damn, this first cycle really flew by. Ren, Hat, where are you guys at?
 
Yeah, I've been slacking on my logs. I know i've said it before but i'm really going to try and get an update per day. Anyhow heres my update for day 41.

Hit Back/Bi today. Deadlifts were alright. 275 for 8 reps. Not bad but not nearly my goal of 315. Biceps and upper back are really coming along though. People are saying my arms and back look way bigger.

After finishing up at the gym i headed to the scale and weighed in at 192. 8 more pounds to go! If i want to finish at 200 i'll need to gain about a half pound a day, 0.38 pounds to be precise but i'll round. That seems very doable. On another note, I have definitely not been drinking 3 gallons of h20 a day. I wonder if this is partly responsible for the gradual decrease in weight gain over the past 5-6 days. Catch you guys tomorrow.
 
Wow I really fell off on the posting. Sorry about that folks. The last couple weeks have been crazy as my work hours shifted around so I've had to lift later in the day. Im finishing week 8 and things are fuckin awesome.

Everyone can tell im on the juice and im getting questions and comments in the gym everyday. I feel like my ego has also grown along with my body. I saw my parents a couple weeks ago and they didn't even recognize me when i got out of the car. My Mom said i looked like a tree trunk! haha good stuff. I have some friends from out of town coming in tonight so we'll see what they say about my new physique.

Im sitting at 192 right now which is slightly disappointing but I still have 2 weeks to try and make it to 200. I know now that adding the winny even for 5 days was a stupid idea as I'm sure this, along with my decrease in cals, contributed to my lack of weight gain.

Strength gains are through the roof, and today's leg session should reaffirm that.

Quick question. I feel like my lats, traps and triceps are not developing as nicely as i'd like them to. Anyone have suggestions on how to better target them. I do traps with legs, lats with back and hit triceps and chest together.
 
Start the winny if you like to have an extra aid in maintaning your gains and have a few more benefits.

Weeks 9-12: 40mgs winnie.
