I've noticed spec sheets for stoppers showing 2nd grade resistance by silicone and butyl stopper to BB and few for BA -
has anyone left a stopper in BB to see if there's any decomposition or reaction ?
It may explain why high BB pharma preparations are in glass, and warrant PTFE coated stoppers when BB is used.
