Strange Crepe with Strange Whey Cream

Hoy guys, today i ll show a weird way to eat your protein powder in a nice way.

Ingredients for 1 crepe:

1 egg + 70ml skimmed milk + 20g semolina flour

mix them with a blender then put on a large warmed non stick pan and cook, then after inferior layer has been cooked, flip it, put the protein cream, fold it, let warm a little bit more then serve

Ingredients for the protein cream:

i put 50g whey white chocolate flavoured

with 60ml skimmed milk.. then vigorously blended... if you think its too thick add 10ml milk and so on..

next time i ll try with unflavoured whey and will add salt and parmesan cheese, will have a fuckin cheese cream

this one has been made with:

1 egg white (i used the yolk for the cream)
70ml skimmed milk
25g semolina flour but in a hour i ll try with instant oatmeal

mash it and re do it just before you drop it into the hot pan.. because semolina tends to separate from milk..

for the cream...

40g whey choco white
60ml skimmed milk
1 yolk
1 dose of sucralose (a tiny tiny bit)

i mashed very energetically the hell out of it in a bowl with a spoon, and i got something similar to a jelly or a very hydrated pizza dough.. then i got it out of the bowl with a rubbed spatula..

For first, oil and then warm a lot your pan, when you know its hot, reduce a little the flame and drop your mixture for the crepe and spread it in the whole pan by semi flipping the pan

when you see the upper part is cooked, because its ends detach from the pan’s “wall”,
then use a large metallic spatula to gently detach it from the pan, once detached shake the pan to move the whole crepe and transfer it into a dish, then flip out it into the pan again , to have the lower part cooking...
once thats done, put the cream on the crepe and dont spread it otherwise youll tear the crepe.
Wait maybe half a minute and fold the crepe

Shake the pan / reuse the metallica spatula, put your crepe on a dish, and spread the cream by pressing by hand.
You should have then something like a big creampieing black pussy.. think about you just fucked Beyoncè or Rihanna or whatever..

Njoy... you can walk on your own legs from now on... change protein powder flavors, add crumbled nuts, get a coloured crepe by adding some coloured powders like curcuma or curry, or wasabi, or jizz into it to have more protein and so on...

estimated cooking time, less than 10 minutes

Carbs for one crepe: less than 20g and it hasnt a high glycemic index

Proteins: you can go even to 50g of pro powder with 70ml milk I think, that would be a massive anal creampie

fats: some grams because of whey and 1 yolk

Brand of the whey?
Not relevant man... actually i have some pro from Bulk Powders and got almost same result with 2 very different type of pros.. 75% whey vs 98% hydrolized beef gave me almost the same stuff

The cheapest are 75% pro with 10% carbs and 5% saturated fat, those white choco.. others are Whey 97% pro vanilla flav.. i use even 100% egg white powder unflavored.. 98% hydrobeef protein chocolate flav.. Caseine vanilla flav.. and also 75% tiramisu flav where i add raw coffee and sucralose...

for a nice cream i tried going from 30g and 40ml skimmed milk.. then i added a yolk because i used 1 egg white for 1 crepe.. and upped to 40g and since previous one was too thick i made 40g and 60ml... maybe it can depends on protein type.. startin with 30g pro 40ml and then adjust little by little the milk would be nice i think

25g instant oatmeal
1 egg white
70ml skimmed milk

better than with semolina flour.. don t know yet which has a better glycemic index

Cream : mix pro source.. egg white powder, hydrobeef chocolate, whey choco white 75% whey vanilla 90% + 1 yolk + sucralose + a crumbled biscuit

so good and thats not a cheat meal
