Stretching and core

whats up gents. I'm having mobility issues all across the board. Always tight. Does anyone have any good sites or advice on core work and good stretching. I want to dedicate 1 day of training just to this. I'm even having issues squating. I can't grab the bar with my hands.
 
Yea was watching Kelly starlet I think his name is. Just trying to convince myself it's as important as growing I guess

There's a basic routine to follow for lower body prowlness.

Hit up a yoga class once a week, my favourite is a yin and yang class. The yogis love taking bodybuilders and lifters in and spend a lot of time really manipulating your body.

Feel free to PM me for any specific questions or guidance I ain't no expert but I ain't half bad at the whole flexibility and mobility thing

Ive had this issue before i found some mobility channels on you tube
 
Lots of foam rolling/lacrosse ball rolling has been doing great for me, and that limber 11 the bear mentioned i just starteddoing that and it definitely stretches ya out and gets you feelin loosey goosey.
 
@legendary, good for you brother! I need to be doing the same, but I put it off more than I should. If you can't locate a Yoga class you are comfortable with find a corner in your gym. Anything is better than nothing.
