Does anyone add strong men work outs to the regimen? And as a bodybuilder would you say its beneficial to add or not?

I would expect to see some nice strength improvements carry over into your compound / heavy lifts if you incorporated a few of these movements into your routine and got progressively stronger in them. That's just my guess though.

Probably not going to do a whole lot physique wise, but It will make you a more well rounded athlete, so I would consider it to be beneficial for that reason alone.

Add in some weighted carries at the end of your workouts three times a week. They definitely have both strength and conditioning benefits.

I have worked up to 130 pounds per hand x 100yds., rest two minutes, x100 yards. They will test you in a number of different ways.

I seen a guy doing this the other day with the 80's but he only went like 20 yards for a few sets. I was wondering wtf he was doing, I thought it was some form of crossfit, now I know :)

Doing them with dumbbells is considerably easier than with farmer's walk handles but once you get over 100's and go at least 75 yards back and forth either one is a challenge.
