Stubborn body parts??

Isn't there no answer to this question? It's different for everyone. And what does progress mean. If you mean size, most would say calves. But if you mean strength, calves can get hella strong, hella fast.

agreed. may calves are like almost as strong as my upper legs lol

For me chest and triceps are stubborn. Shoulders and Back grow very fast and has lots of details. Legs are second best part to show progress in short period of time or with little effort.

My biceps, triceps, and shoulders grow like fucking weeds. I actually have to scale down those workouts to stay proportional.

My quads, hammy's, back, and abs are probably average.

My chest and calves always seem to lag behind and take a lot more work than the other groups.

the BP thats the least spectacular is my pecs. i wasnt blessed, but theyre vastly improved over a couple years ago.

My Biceps hardly ever grow. I have really long attachments that won't peak and have finally decided to train the brachialis that runs from the top of the forearm under the outside of the upper arm. I will do reverse cable preacher curls and hammer curls and hopefully it brings them up.

Damn, me too.

my bi's are the toughest i have going now...i blame that mostly on the tendonitis i get ALOT on my forearms so i usually have to down scale and focus more on reps
