Stupid shit gym Bros speak into bodybuilding truth

Oh sweet Jesus. The stupid shit I see people post on the forums and subreddits never ceases to amaze me.

Someone posted here on Meso a while back that their dick grew an inch from an HGH cycle.

The fuck it did.

If GH made your dick grow I swear to God that I would bang 6IU’s of growth straight into the head of my dick every single morning at 0600 hours for the rest of my life.

Good Lord.

That’s a ridiculous example, but the bodybuilding community sometimes has a special way of speaking complete bullshit into truth, and then crowd shaming you when you don’t go along for the ride.

What’s the stupidest thing that you hear repeated as gospel in the bodybuilding and gym Bro world?

Lol tell us how you really feel!

It's on just about every damn forum where some retard would spout off something they think is gospel as they heard it on some podcast like More Plates More Dates. Yes that shit also makes me grind my gears to powder.

My biggest complaint is actually on the nattys who read a couple Reddit posts and think theyre steroids experts.

They always think HGH is a giga-steroid that will blow you up overnight. If they see someone insanely buff, they always say shit like "he probably takes HGH and a little test"

I'm just thinking dude shut the fuck up. TRT and HGH is not making people 250lbs and 10% bodyfat.

It also irks me when some dad-bod shitter tries to say things about bodybuilders like "anybody can do that with steroids" .....

Or the complete opposite, I just had a guy tell me that The Rock, at 6'5 and 260lbs lean, and 51 years old, has a completely achievable physique for someone natural. People are so delusional

If I ever hear someone quote MPMD or Greg Doucette I instantly can't take them seriously. Dudes blasted their balls off and now they're recommending people do 175mg cycles with turkesterone as the God Stack. Kills me to hear their fanboys.

Or from someone like Dylan Gemelli...another creepy dork.

So many of these fakers out there...scary how people pick up on their spiels and become their fans.

My new favorite is that many of us are pretending like running Anavar is like eating a handful of M&M’s - only safer.

Somehow this fantasy that Anavar isn’t simply another C17AA oral and there’s no hepatotoxicity risk with Anavar has become pervasive in the community.

My wife showed me a thread on a women’s fitness forum where several women openly discussed running Anavar literally 12 months a year because it’s so “safe”.

On the advice of a coach that they are paying their hard earned money to, of course.

No bloodwork needed when you’re “only running Anavar”. Right?

Wikipedia says it’s far less hepatotoxic than its peer group so it must be fine.

What fucking planet are these people from?

Unfortunately there are no reaction options here. Nice job!
