I am much older (63) and have been using gear for 28 out of the last 33 years. I have been training consistently for 50 years. I used very heavy cycles for about 3-4 years when I was competing in bodybuilding, and about 400 mgs for 6-7 years when I was competing in grappling/training heavily in martial arts. The rest of the time I have been on TRT amounts: 200 mg of test/week, 2.5 iu of GH 4-5 days a week. I have only been using the GH the last 6-7 years. HRT only these years.
During routine lab work my PSA came back elevated at 5.9. I have had an enlarged prostate the last 2 years. I did another PSA test and PSA was 5.1, but my 4K score was bad, 28.7. I immediately stopped test and GH. I had an MRI that was good, but my 4k score merits a biopsy. In short there is about a 35-40% chance I have early stage prostate cancer. It is very treatable....but still cancer.
My last shot of test was 18 days ago and I have been using HCG. I guesstimate my test is probably around 200 and dropping.
I am going to stop the HCG. I would use Clomid but I only have Nolvadex. I am curious, given my long history of testosterone use, if the Nolvadex will raise my natural test at all. On one hand I want low test in regards to my prostate issues, but on the other hand I am absolutely miserable, every joint in my old body hurts and my strength levels are dropping like a rock.
Will Nolvadex alone do anything?
