Sudden reaction to Tesamorelin

You don’t have to filter the peptides (lol), it’s a known reaction to bacteriostatic water, not tesamorelin — and largely why it is regulated — people overestimate its antimicrobial effects and underestimate its side effects. Try reconstituting with normal saline.
Thats what im asking myself. Because i started to get an immunreaction (light rash) only after i started using BAC water instead of normal saline

Immunogenic reaction. Common with Tesa.

Filter it.

I found when filtering into a vial, the first dose would be fine, and the next 4 would induce increasing sides. It aggregates quickly, and the aggregates induce or worsen the immune reaction.

I ended up switching to per dose filtration, and the site reaction (itching) is now rare to non-existent.

Also, ensure you're diluting a 10mg vial with 3ml so doses are .6ml.

How are you single dose filtering? I'm used to filtering during the reconn process but curious about how you're doing it per dose.

Why such a big volume?

Greater dilution reduces aggregation. Peptide monomers that are packed together have a higher rate of bumping into each other and fusing into aggregates. So less degradation of active peptide, and you create fewer aggregates that tend to attract the attention of immune cells.

Also, especially in the subQ space, the immune system responds more strongly to a high concentration of something it recognizes as a pathogen. By spreading it over a larger area you lessen, or completely avoid triggering an immune reaction.

You really can't over dilute peptides. as long as it's a volume you can handle injecting. But you can under dilute, creating problems from excess concentration.

Dilution, aggregation, peptide monomers, and pathogens. Big words spilling out of ChatGhoulPT.

I took a break from Tesa after this post and I tried it last night.. I diluted 10mg with 3ml, filtered it, and then I drove myself to the ER.
It’s crazy because I did like 2 cycles of Tesa previously without any issue or reaction to it.
Never, ever doing that again.

would cjc no dac do this too?

I have personally decided to avoid Tesa because I’ve had sudden extreme allergic reactions to mod grf 1-29 (cjc no dac) after using it totally fine for over a year. I’ve read that the peptides are structurally fairly similar enough than cross reaction might be possible. I switched to hgh and never looked back.

Thats wild, your body gave a little reaction to say i don’t want that anymore and then when you said too bad you’re getting some more it freaked out. I’ll have to watch for this…so will lots of other peptides have this reaction now is a good question. Wonder if intramuscular or a total different area would help.

I took a long break after the first reaction and after reading the comments here was hoping filtering and diluting would help. Crazy because previously I had no bad reaction to it

I could use mod grf 3-5x a day no issue for multiple cycles until all a sudden out of nowhere I started having swelling reactions in all the spots I had ever injected it into, fever feeling, and tight throat. This is why the fda pulled it and ipamorelin from being allowed for sale. I wouldn’t be shocked if the production processes for ghrh are fairly similar and it might be a part of the process itself causing the immunity overreaction.

Retatrutide and hgh might be a good alternative, I would imagine tesa is now a no go for the rest of your life.

Any of the -relins can do that to you..

So I had A mild reaction to using too much CJC at one time, and within that period I had a serious reaction to Tesa. Went off Tesa for a few months and was using Sermorelin and CJC without issue. Funny enough I noticed less facial flushing and heart pounding response to CJC. After about 3 months off, I switched vendors for Tesa and I never had an issue after that.
Another thing, one way to guarantee a strong immune reaction to any of the -relins is to do a shallow injection. It's practically like vaccinating yourself against the peptides (i use the term loosely).
So if you want to switch to CJC, start low, and deep (not saying do IM, but at least a 6mm needle)
