Guys, which fish oil supplement do you find to have the best dosage for the money? It's time to replenish, and I'd like a few options. Thanks!

. I'll stick to the oil from the North American Ghetto-fish.![]()

Carlson's. They test for heavy metals and other contaminants.

Contrary to media hooplah, many brands are required by retailers to be PCB and heavy metal free.[/url]
Nordic Naturals has had a better price/dosage ratio then Carlson's in the stores i've seen, n also a wider variety of flavors. the strawberry n the peach flavors were pretty tasty actually.
thankfully, i now get Lovaza by rx covered by insurance, so i'd advise that if u can get it from ur doc. 4 caps per day, totalling 1.5 grams of DHA and 1.85 grams of EPA, n it's esterfied so no fishy burps.
Hey,
So this Lovaza Rx fish oil caps your on, are how many mg's per cap? What was your copay for the qty you got?
I may be interested in them. I think I ask my doc what he thinks too.
Thanks man
