Suggestions appreciated/cycle

4 months ago I was at 205pds and very happy there. Then I re-herniated L4-L5 disk. Off all AAS and workouts suffered. I'm about 185pds now and under-confident(miss my mass). Anyhoo, I had success with Test Cyp and Tren. Tren was great because it seemed to keep my mass lean,etc. I'm reluctant to use it again until I get back up a little, plus the minor gyno. I'm gonna hit the Test Cyp again at about 400-600mg/week. I'm having trouble deciding whether to stack Anadrol-50 or Test Susp., or a combo of both. I've never used Anadrol-50 and Test Susp I did but along time ago and didnt use enough to keep a bird alive. A little water retention won't hurt me (hard gainer). I'd appreciate your opinions and suggestions and how much of what to use with the above Cyp dosing. 185pds, 5'9, 29 years old, 9% body fat. Thx in adv. ps- is arimidex suggested with either of these? Hey bro sorry to hear about your back. one of my friends has this same problem. I think you may have to give up the sauce bro. all he has done is hurt himself more by juicing and lifting. and all he took his last cycle was one amp of sust every seven days. so you might want to hang it up. but i would like to hear some other people think. TTT

until your disks are back at 100%, i'd stay off AAS. all thats going to happen is you'll get the mindset that you're healthy, and you'll begin to lift that like you're healthy. and then BAM...another injury. possibly worse than what you started off with. is it worth the risk? personally for me, its not. maybe set different goals. get totaly cut up. this will make your muscles look bigger due to the extreme definition that you'll have.

i wont advise any AAS regiment because i whole heartedly believe that until you're 100%, you shouldnt be using AAS.

from what im guessin you have a bombs and suspension and arimidex on hand. that would be a pure water ballon stack and you would lose all of it after you stopped id rather be at 185 lookin nice and fit than 205 watered down take some time and get workin out natural for a while and then jump on some deca and test you have too be careful cause adding about 30lbs of water with a back just now getting better whileworkin out will put you down, so get everything in order from diet to workouts then start back up

if it were me I would make sure I was 100% healed first - then I would hit the test - throw in EQ - and run the drols if you want for the first 4 weeks but no longer -

toss the suspension out the window
 
Thank you very much for all your input. I dropped some more
weight I expect from loss of appetite and test supression from
the pain meds. Am off the pain meds and starting dont real light
weight/heavy rep pec flys etc and feeling well. My dr. actually gave me
some Testim 1% test. gel to boost me energy levels back up, drive,
mood, etc. from opiate pain meds side effects. he recommends light weight training, real light weight for physical therapy, overall health issues. So maybe someday soon I can increase the load when it's safe, all in all, I appreciate your
remarks. Thx again.
