Any suggestions?
This whole intermittent fasting mixed with timing my meals and carb intake around my hgh shots has been a challenge. I’m having some serious cravings mid mornings and late at night.

I am getting really exited to start my blast next month, it’s my first while running GH and I really want to get everything dialed in.
 
I don't recommend it but when I am wicked stressed I don't eat. I have to force myself to eat and it sucks. No stress, no worries. Heavy stress, no calories. For me anyways....

That’s got to be hard to find a balance.
Sometimes it’s out of our control.
I’m kinda the same way, and I know it’s opposite for some people when there stressing they eat a lot of shitty food.

sadly, when I'm stressed that is also the case sometimes. Without wanting to deal with food I don't meal prep correctly leaving me needing fast food or hopefully a suitable supermarket is around if I try to eat.

Moral of the story? Don't stress :D smoke weed!

True that brother! I’m just fucking Hungry as fuck as I type this! Lol, and I’m not sure i actually need an appetite suppressants. This is more about my diet and hgh timing. Also what foods I need to eat that will keep me full. Obviously lots of protein and complex carbs are included in my first meal and throughout ut the day.
 
Does anybody have any experience with yohimbine hcl? I really don’t want to add any more caffeine.

Ya I’m currently on an ECAY stack and I’m also doing IF with my keto diet. This is a first for all of those for me. I’m pretty tolerant to stimulants so they don’t effect me as much but it seems to help a little. I know people that say they can’t eat all day on that shit though. I take 15mg Yohimbine HCl with 200mg Caffeine when I wake. Then 25mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine, 81mg Aspirin about 5 hours later, and then again 5 hours later. I’ll also drink a flavored carbonated water. The ones without any sugar or artificial sweetener. They only have water, CO2, and slight natural flavoring. Helps me feel more full that first part of the day when I’m fasting and has no calories or additives. I can eat an elephant if cooked right so this is saying something lol.

I work a pretty crazy schedule and usually wake and have a couple cups of coffee and a 200mg caffeine pill. Then later in the day I might have another 200mg pill. Also my prework out has another 350mg of caffeine.
Believe or not I’m still dragging ass.
But this isn’t my problem it’s the hunger pains.

Believe or not I’m still dragging ass.

Ya, that sounds like me when I’m not doing this stack as far as caffeine usage and effects. It sounds like you’re wanting to stay away from Ephedrine (although it doesn’t effect me too much), but the Yohimbine would probably help in the mornings. You could even just try the carbonated water in the mornings and add Yohimbine if it’s still unbearable. I have to stay busy at work or I’ll be staring at the clock waiting for my first meal, hating life haha.

I started the “IF” the same time I started my hgh. So it’s been almost two months. So I typically fast From 9:00pm to 11:00 am. I usually work out around 3:00 afternoon. Oh and three nights a week I work until 3am and don’t get to sleep until 4-5am.
It’s been kinda tricky..

I’ll be starting my blast in a few weeks and will be running orals so I’m just worried about my blood pressure with the ephedrine. I don’t really have that issue with caffeine.

I haven’t had any blood pressure issues, but nothing has ever given me bp issues YET. I almost feel more stimulated effects from the Yohimbine tbh. Could be the empty stomach, but I’m not sure.

It’s been kinda tricky..

If I were you, I'd think about trying to move the hGH pins around so you can have your breakfast a little earlier. It'll be more sustainable for you.

But also, you'll probably get used to the eating schedule eventually. I like usually pin my hGH around 6am and then eat breakfast seeing 9:30am... Works out really well for me.
 
It’s just really hard getting up that early to eat when sometimes I actually just went to bed. I’ve been experimenting with splitting my dose this last week as this will be my protocol when I start my blast.
I think I’m pretty set on taking my hgh upon waking and preworkout.

So basically my eating windows fall between
11:00am to 2:00pm and 4:30pm 9:30pm.
So that gives me about eight hours.
Its definitely doable. Though the stretch between pm and am has been brutal.

Seriously though, water with lemon, or black coffee, or plain tea - lots of liquids don't help?

I've come to really like chilled water with lemon.
