Sulfur burps and diarrhea from tirza/reta

Im was using reta from 2 mg to 4mg pw fir healthbenefits and insulin sensitivity but i notice that i have burbs that smell like eggs random and few hours later i got diarrhea

Its not always but sometimes like 1 time per 1 or.2 weeks

Switch to tirza 4mgpw but i gives the same problem

All kidding aside, I went 270 something to 195 close to a 6 pack using tirz over a 3 or 4 month period I cant remember the exact, the log is around here somewhere.
