Summer blast..

Ok... good to know... thanks @OdieM. ... I live in a small town so they don't do blood drives very often.... I guess I can probably just go to a clinic to do that when I'm ready...
 
Wait to give bloods. Wait a few weeks and then give them and you will feel like a new man. You just started your cycle so your RBC isn't even high yet. You will definitely have to miss the gym if you donate before going to the gym. After I donate I feel weak and usually go home and take a nap.
I donated last saturday
Went immediately to the gym. Ate 2 bananas on my way .
During my workout i ended up feeling some strange pain at the pin site. Couple days later i ended up with some gnarly bruises around the vein in the arm and in the area. I guess that big ass vein bled internally the whole time:confused:

Moral of the story? Prolly shouldnt workout right after donating

When i was working out it felt like idk tearing? Guess thats how i would describe it. I just ignored it. Not life threatening or worth stopping my awesome workout.

you should get checked out, it can be serious, not saying it is but after donating you MUST NEVER TRAIN AT ALL. Because you tear the veing, that it's very weak from the harpoon that just got inserted.

in the worse case scenario you need surgery.

Felt like shit today... haven't taken a day off in 10 days now and im starting to feel it....
Diet is still on point but no gains.. 216 today...
Today is the last day of the albuterol inhaler.. im sure that's to small a dose to make any difference but we will see...

pumps are good and shoulders felt extremely tight today.. left shoulder aching like crazy.. happens some times but is usually gone in a few hours...
Gonna see how I feel tomorrow.. may take a rest day...
 
@OdieM was right... my endurance is in the mud... get winded doing fucking pushups and I sweat like a pig when I'm fucking my girl but the pumps are getting insane and I'm getting more vascular on a daily basis my traps are getting there..

Thanks brother... I hope so.... last tren run I gained but it was slow and lean.... I hope between the npp and the dbol I can blow up for a few weeks....
I also think running the test a little lower is helping.... last time I ran it at 800 and then 1000 .... 600 feels pretty good
 
I'm struggling with chest tho..... maybe old age I don't know but the bottom of my chest just isn't where it should be..... I don't really fuck with decline and maybe that's part of the issue
U can see in my pic that my lower chest just falls off.... no real cut to it..... wtf? Should I be adding incline or is there something else I can be doing to target that part?
 
Bent over dips. Form matters. I prefer to do them in the bottom 2/3 range. Keep the tension on the pectorals. If you do them upright they are no longer a primary chest movement
Mmm... gotcha I try to keep my legs kicked out behind me so I'm at an angle but I'll work on it...

This ^^. There's a difference in just regular dips that really target tris rather then bent/leaned over dips that target more of the chest while still working tris. I have my feet crossed out behind me to help me lean over while doing them. Once I added weights to my dips I really grew. Also hit cable flies from all different angles. I spend a good 30 mins on the standing cable machine on chest day. Don't worry so much about going heavy on flies. Go heavy on everything else. When I do cable flies it's more about the pump.
 
Pretty sure I main lined 2ml of tren and npp.... lol... fuuuck! I could taste it and by then it was to late I just had to hold on..... turned bright red .. sweat pouring and couldn't stop coughing or catch my breath.......
10 minutes I thought I might be dying....
Good now....
Do I need to re pin that shit?
