Previous cycles:

1. Test e 12weeks 600/week
Tbol 1-6 50mg ED

2. Test e 1-6 600/week
Test p 7-12 100eod
Tren A 5-12 100 eod
Var 40mg ED 8-12

PCT off both cycles was Nolvadex 40/40/20/20. Clomid 100/100/50/50
Adex taken .5mg through both cycles.

Current stats 5'10 190 11%bf~

Proposed Cycle:
EQ 600/week 1-16
Test E 750/week 1-18
Dbol 50mg ED 1-6
Adex .5eod

Goal: Add lean mass before Nationals in the fall.

Training Push/Pull/Rest/Legs/Push Rest.... 2 days on 1 off

Nutrtion 220p/375c/84f

I know it hasn't been long since last cycle but coach says it's time to start next week because of the when the show is.

Advice much appreciated.

First pin will be on Monday ill post a starting picture tomorrow I forgot today. Just waiting on my Dbol to get here from Frank soon. At 50mg a day does 30 pre workout then the other 20 later in the day work? (I lift at 9am)
 
It should, i split my orals lower dose in the mornings and higher dose in the afternoon about 8 hours apart and at least 1 hour before training. I train in the afternoon. Orals have about a 6-10 hour half life

Looks good sure will make some good solid gains off that.got good foundation to build off of. Good luck bud!
 
Have you used there Dbol before. Just curious. Seen couple review with no effects at 50 mg. my last batch Dbol were def no good prob way under dosed got up to 50 mg my self normally don't go past 30-40. They were the British dispensary 5mg which I have used numerous times in the past and they were the shit had a couple left over to compare and were way dif color print shape

Nope but just their Tbol and var oral wise. But no complaints for either of those. I'll definitely keep posted when the dbol comes in and my results
 
Picked up my dbol today. Took 30mg will take the other 20 later. Because this is a 16 week cycle, I probably won't do daily updates unless something to note on. Just every couple days
 
Sounds good I be watching for updates good luck again bud. Don't forget pics too always good to see some great gains captured in photos.

I look so bloated and puffy. Is this from the dbol already? No idea how I put on 8lbs...

Strength: lifts all going up easy doing lots of Time under tension work.

Dam end of week one. And you put on 8lbs already. Even for Dbol that's pretty quick. How is your diet. High sodium ?? That could add to it. I no you got some time before oils kick in.

That's why im so confused how im +8. I had a ton of sodium the last few days. Made stir fry and tacos so that's definitely some of it.
