Summer Cycle

Gym was pretty deserted, thank god. I kinda hate people, at least when I lift. Dude in the squat rack next to me doing half squats with 3 plates. Stop it junior. Get your ass all the way down. For the most part I just focus on my shit and ignore everyone, this cat was fidgeting with plates and being distracting.

No kidding, please just don't talk to me...in the gym...ever!!

Its hard for me to believe that no one has never taught these kids how not to be annoying, but I see it everyday as well. I know I didn't do that shit.
 
Just occurred to me I should have come up with a slightly more exotic name for this thread. Something eye grabbing, like "Young, wet bitches" or the like. I'm a shitty salesman. Man needs to know his limitations.

Slightly more sleep last night so today was pulls. did it at the apartment gym, which is always entertaining and a bit frustrating due to lack of equipment but whatever, take a lemon and make lemonade. Running light on everything, working back up to moderate weight. Last thing I need is to hurt myself.

Lat PD Wide Grip 85x10, 100x10, 115x10x2, nice and slow, zero torso swing, focus on the squeeze at the bottom

DB Rows 10x50x4 (high as the DBs go, weak). I go super slow, no momentum. Shit hurts.

Relatively short and light, nothing hurts, elbows and shoulder are happy so I'm happy. I was at work and chugged PWO, popped a Tbol then realized I had no gym shorts. That kind of day. So I hopped in the car and drove in rush hour traffic to get to the apt gym and borrow a pair of shorts. Traffic after PWO is not advised. I have a touch of road rage naturally, I may have been a bit edgy. The finger was given repeatedly to deserving fuckers who would not get out of my way. Didn't they know I had weight to lift? Seriously.

Second round of pins. NPP is like butter, while 50 mg/ml means a lot of oil, I can't feel it and never any PIP. Hammer's prop has a fucking bite. Waiting on my pharmacom prop, will see how that feels when it arrives.

Pushes tomorrow. Time to get a little more aggressive, I'm babying myself working back into it after the time off and getting a little impatient.

Safe to say my triceps took a beating. Some fucking douche had the 40s, 45s and 50s lined up in front of his bench. I figured ok, he's doing drop sets. No, he was not, he was a dumbbell squirrel. Finally I just walked over and started taking Dumbbells.

He then moved to the smith machine where he, I shit you not, did leg lifts timed with presses. My workout partner busted out laughing at the look on my face. I don't have a good poker face, she said I had a look that was a mixture of mirth and utter disgust, with a dash of "what the fuck." Dude left his dumbell collection by the bench, of course, and left the weight on the smith machine. I can't stand that shit. Your mommy is not coming to clean up your weights. She's busy pulling the train down at the crackhouse, fuck boy. Rack your weight.

So I walk in and see this skinny little blond thing doing wall sits or some shit, eye her a bit, then head to the rack. Then a dude comes over to ask if I'm using the smith machine. Not to stereotype, but he sounded as gay as the day is long, and was "pretty." I offered to let him work in, stuck my paw out and introduced myself. He pointed to the blond and said "that's my wife." I wanted to ask him if she was post-op or still tucking, but restrained myself. The people you meet in apartment gyms.

All in all a good day. My diet is shit but I'm running a slight deficit so I can get away with it. Not for long. Second round of long esters tonight, has a bleeder on the cyp pin. Fun! Blood fucking everywhere. The crime scene in my basement. Still waiting on the pharmacom gear to show up.

Time to sleep kids. Night night.
 
Hey kids. Past couple of days have sucked. Woke up yesterday feeling like I had a knife in my left trap. Ive had this before, pinched nerve, same spot. Made a beeline to my doc for some flexeril. Only thing that fixes this is a couple of days flat on my back with muscle relaxers, tons of Advil and a heating pad. This is bullshit, totally unamused. Anyway, it's a little better tonight, I'll be in the gym tomorrow come hell or high water.

Pharmacom gear arrived today, it all looks very pretty. I'll start using the test e and p tomorrow. See gear porn below...

I'm really curious to see if the mast really comes out as mast. I'm confident the Tren and test are legit. Not sure what my Tren was dosed at. But seemed weak.

Labmax results are up in the testing forum. Weak pass for mast p and tren a. Test e, if I squint and turn my head sideways, has a tiny bit of fluorescence. Test p was a fail, zero fluorescence. Disappointing.

I'm going to run the test e and get bloodwork done.
 
It's that time again. It's been an interesting year since I joined meso. 2 cycles, one separation, finishing yet another stint in school (some people collect figurines or stamps, apparently I collect degrees). Time to wreck shit and get my summer cycle rolling. I'm on my phone so this will be mercifully brief.

The cycle:

1-12 test e 750 mg/wk - pharmacom (also have mfl, Titan, both passed labmax, have bloods on Titan - about 170 mg/ml)
1-7 mast e 700 mg/wk - hammer (bought during a momentary lapse of reason, but it passed labmax)
1-12 NPP 350 mg/wk - spetz ganekyl (leftover from last cycle, will pick up more to finish cycle, source TBD)
7-14 mast p 700 mg/wk - pharmacom (freebie from buy 300 get 200 free)
7-14 tren a - starting at 50 mg eod and ramping until I can stand it - hammer (passed labmax) and/or pharmacom
1-3 (100 mg eod) and 12-14 (100 mg ed) - test p - hammer (used to close last cycle, good by "feel," weak labmax pass, yes that's weak as fuck...) or astro (leftovers, passed labmax) or pharmacom.
1-4 Tbol - hammer - 20 to 40 mg ed (he used red filler, labmax was meaningless, a positive should be salmon pink. Fml.)

Proviron 50 mg Ed (bayer)
Aromasin 12.5 mg eod (pharma)
Nolva/clomid pct (pharma)
HCG 250 iu e3d (pregnyl)
BP meds - propranolol and lisinopril if needed.

Love mast/test at 700/750, it gives me the exact look I want. NPP for joints, and since 19 Nors seem to make my dick go on strike. Tren because FUCK YEAH. I'm running provi at 50 mg a day, will bump of needed. Goal is lean bulk of 10-15 lbs and keep it this time.

I cut hard after my last cycle, not really by choice, I was sick for a couple months (!) and lost close to 20 lbs. I am sitting at 197 now and finally healthy again. Unhappy with my weight but looking at my pics before my summer cycle last year, I'm pleased with the recomp I got from the last two cycles. Onward and upward!

I have a 5 day trip in the middle of my cycle, so the first half is long ester mast, run out the mast e, then switch to mast p and bring in tren. First tren run, excited to see how it goes. I have a stockpile of ambien for trensomnia.

Training will be: push/pull/legs/shoulders/rest/squats and deads + chest work (going to bring it up this cycle)/rest.

Diet: start at 3500 cals, 2 G protein per lb, 45/35/20 p/c/f, carbs around workout. Clean, I'll be posting my meal plan. Thanks to @FuriousWO for inspiring me to spreadsheet that shit out and not be lazy.

Pharmacom gear should land shortly. I have everything else. Front loaded 500 mg of test, 500 mg of mast, normal pins 100 mg NPP and 100 mg prop. Everything but the prop in my quads.

Precycle bloods: TT 697. Will post when not on my phone.

Hey Kids,

Took a 9 day break after pinching a nerve in my left trap. Fuck, 9 days in and already dealing with an injury. Anyway, I was back at it today, chest day. The prop and test e appear to be kicking in by feel, I want to fuck everything in sight. The mast is not showing its luster yet either, and give that legit mast e is like Bigfoot, I'm skeptical.

Lifts are stagnant due to not having lifted shit for over a week. I'll post up the routine and weights later assuming I have the energy. Battling a lot of fatigue, not sure what that is about. The tbol is definitely underdosed, at 40 mg a day properly dosed tbol will make me cry from the pumps. This stuff, at 40 mg, gives me an ok pump but not a tear has been shed. I'll up it to 50 (10 am/pm, 30 pwo) and see what gives.

Staying away from the tren is becoming a challenge. I want to wait until after my trip so I don't have to deal with crazy hormone fluctuations. Patience, grasshopper.

Pull tomorrow, will ease into it so as not to fuck up the trap I just spent better than a week healing up.

Up 5 lbs, surely water weight because I'm barely making my TDEE.
