Summer Prep Bulk Cycle review (insulin protocol included).

Hi guys,
Here is what I have come up with. I will start the cycle in June and post a log in the Cycle Log section. I have also included my insulin protocol which I would like some feedback on. My goal is to build mass and lots of it.
My pinning days will be Monday and Thursday except for short esters which will be EOD.

AAS CYCLE:
WK 1-24: Test E 1gram PW
WK 1-16: Boldenone (EQ) 800mg PW
WK 1-16: Nandrolone Dec 600mg PW
WK 1-6: Dianabol 50mg ED
WK 16-22: Masteron P 100mg EOD
WK 16-22: Tren A 100mg EOD
Pharmacy Anastrozole at 1mg EOD

INSULIN PROTOCOL:
I will be using Novorapid insulin pen (15 minute onset, 45-90 minute peak, 3-5 hour duration) pre workout and using the 10g of carbs to 1iu of insulin rule and ensure that I have glucogel in my car, gym bag, work office, home and my pockets in case of emergencies. I will taper up my insulin starting at 2iu and going up 1iu each day to a max of 10iu. Since I am bulking I will keep my carbs still at 10:1 to meet my carb requirements and ensure safety. The shakes I will be using with my insulin are as follows:

Shake A: 50g Carbs (Karbolyn), 40g Hydrolized Protein, 10g Creatine, 5g Leucine, 25mcg Chromium Picolate, 5g L Glutamine, water.

Shake B: 1/2 cup oats, 6 egg whites, 1 large banana, 1 scoop of whey for flavour, milk.

Protocol:
45 minutes pre workout (PW): Pre Workout supplement containing NO boosters, beta alanine, caffeine, citrulline, l arginine, inositol, choline.

15mins PW: Insulin (start at 2iu and taper up to 10iu)

Immediately after injection: Shake A (drink entire shake)

TRAIN

Intra Workout: Shake A (sip after each set)

Within 1 hour post workout: whole meal containing protein and carbs (chicken breast and rice or salmon and sweet potato, etc)

One hour after meal: Shake B

I will be using insulin on training days only

So there it guys. Have a look and any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
 
10g Creatine, 5g L Glutamine

I have very little to offer you other than this lol... Creatine and glutamine are best taken two hours apart as they compete with one another for the substrate carriers in the body.

Other than that, others will have to chime in. I'm always interested to read about slin protocols so I'm going to follow along for the info.

Interesting that you say that because I do remember reading about that a few years back. I will do some more research on this. Thanks.
 
Damn this cycle is very very similar to the one I'm planning except I'm scared of slin and gonna try gh..also I don't think I'll be running tren other than that though, awesome cycle

Maybe one day I'll get the balls to use slin but it seems like massive risk
 
@Eman i think you are spot on about creatine and glut so I think I may add the glut into shake B instead of shake A which would be around 2 hours after creatine intake.
 
Looks very good and well planned bro.. U've done ur homework which is paramount wen using slin.. Doses are good and practical and shud yield good gains bro.. Just monitor ur self man and u shud have primo results.. Personally wen it comes to gear I'd run the eq to 20 weeks and swap DECA for npp and go with ur original plan of dbol prop kick as I know that kicks ass.. But its a well thort out cycle.. Enjoy brother
 
My reasoning for npp is get the gains early and then the test eq will kick in bro so ya gaining from the start.. And not just water from the dbol lol
