Hello all! I hope everyone is doing well! It's been a bit since I've logged anything, so I wanted to take the time to log my current "cut" cycle etc. I'll do what I can to be as transparent as personal safety and anonymity permit.

Coming in to this cut weighing 257.5lbs around 12% BF according to a recent Dexa Scan. The goal of this cycle is essentially the goal of all cuts, to retain as much muscle as possible and lose some extra body fat. I'd love to come in around 8% BF when things are said and done, we shall see.

Training and nutrition will be the two biggest factors here, with drugs being the third largest factor (hard to choose which I feel is more important, training or diet as they are in many ways related to each other).

Training will be a slight deviation from my normal PPL style, as I will have a separate arm day each week. I'm doing this to SLIGHTLY lower the "load" on my body each day as I'm not training in a surplus. So, with that, I will have legs, chest + shoulders, back and arm days respectively.

I'm going to start at a 10% caloric deficit and see where that gets me in a few weeks. I'm fairly confident that will be enough to stimulate "change", at least for a while. I don't want to completely deprive myself as I've seen time and time again that negatively impact training (back to the relationship between nutrition and training blah blah).

Now, I know you're all mostly interested in the drugs, which I understand. I'm going FAIRLY conservative for my level and I will work up as needed. Over the years I've tried to focus less on the drugs and more on nutrition and training, which I think is a reasonable mindset more folks should have.

The initial layout will be simple:
- 700mg's tren A/ week
- 1000mg's sustanon/ week (I know a lot of folks would consider this "too much" for a cut, but I do well with higher test)
- 50mg's winstrol/day
- 3iu/ day Serostim

Primo enanthate is on hand if it's "needed" to harden things up, but I want to see where I can go with the current program for now. I also have masteron prop. as an alternative, however pinning that much - in terms of volume- of short esters is fucking irritating.

Here's a somewhat recent pic, I'll get better ones soon for you guys.

Welcome back and looking forward to following your progress. I agree that more focus should be on diet and training and PED's third. What do you plan to do for cardio?

Right now I'm just going to do about 20-30 minutes post workout 2-3 times a week and see how it goes. Cardio, to me, at some point becomes redundant and I'd rather make dietary changes than ramp up cardio. I remember years back doing like an hour a day and wanting to kill myself. Plus, it can be counterproductive if overused... Seems to eat up my legs pretty quickly if I do too much.

I'd rather kill myself than do an hour of steady state cardio as well. Its mind numbing and i don't know how all the chicks do it. Stubborness?

I tried fasted cardio in the morning over the last month and just cant do it. Jumped on the assault bike and thats more my style. Crank out high intensity intervals for 10 minutes and I'm good. Or a complex of OL lifts and plyometrics for conditioning.

HIIT is a great option.

As far as the folks who do cardio for that long, I think it's normally a combination of a lack of knowledge, poor dietary choices, stubbornness and possibly a bit of body dysmorphia. I've never seen someone with an awesome body that does that much cardio. Normally they're flat or skinny fat.

I did that Lyle McDonald fasted cardio protocol last year to cut and it worked pretty well. 10 minute warmup, 10 minutes HIIT, rest a few minutes and then some steady state cardio to finish. I added 2iu HGH before the cardio as well. Then after the cardio wait a few hours to eat.

An hour of steady state is excruciating. I'm trying to get back into cardio now even though I'm not cutting. I felt better doing it. I just don't like doing it post workout because my lifting takes a long time. I have an elliptical at home, but I don't like it. I'd rather do 10 minutes of HIIT on the stair machine and then walk at a steep incline for like 20 minutes.

HIIT on stairmaster for 15-20 minutes gets me really lean.

Would rather blow my brains out then do SS cardio. Takes way too long and isn't as effective.

I agree with all the reasons @Wunderpus stated, and if you really watch the people who do cardio that long they dont know how to lift for shit. They spend like 10-15 minutes in the weightroom max.

Theres this crazy bitch at my gym who does Stairmaster for an hour and smiles the entire time, I nicknamed her "Harley" cause shes clearly psychotic. She actually has this crazy/hot look to her and a nice figure, I cant help but wonder what shes like in bed.

There's a 90 pound chick that looks like she's going to float away when she's on the elliptical. Cracks me up, she is on there for at least an hour Everytime I go there. She literally looks like she's going to lift off the ground

Can you post up what one of your chest/ shoulder days looks like? Was planning on doing some thing similar with an extra day for arms. Had been doing push, pull, shoulders, legs. But like the idea of having a day for arms, and working shoulders with chest

Of course! Next time I do one, I’ll post it.
Last week I did this-

Flat DB presses 3x8-10 with a drop set on the last set
Decline smith 3x8
Dips- 3 sets to failure
Cable flyes- 3 sets of 10, drop set on last set with an iso-hold

Heavy DB partial side raises 3x20
Seated dB side raises 3x10-12
Rear delt flyes- 3x20
Cage presses- 3x10

Good shit!

I wish I had that height. You're bigger than I've ever dreamed of being size wise.
Are you comfortable walking around at your stats? Like do you ever feel unhealthy?
Bloods are always good, I do get CLOSE to high-ish blood pressure when I’m on gear like tren and I’m big. But, that’s sort of an educated risk I take. I was considering taking cialis to mitigate this. Plus, I used to take cialis and citrulline malate pre workout - John meadows suggested this years ago- and I used to get a crazy fucking pump, I mean unlike anything else. So, maybe I will integrate this again.

But, overall I do feel healthy and good. If bloods ever came back wonky I would reevaluate.

Got ya

Update time!

So, things seem to be moving along as planned. So far, I haven't noticed any decrease in strength, actually it seems a bit elevated (likely from the tren and/or winstrol).

I have decided to add masteron prop to the stack, and phase into masteron enanthate... I hate pinning like 3ccs a day long term, it's beyond irritating.

Yesterday was chest and shoulders, here's what went down:

Incline DB press- Work into 10 rep max, 2 sets to failure
Incline BB press- Work into 8 rep max, 2 sets to failure.
Stretch pushups- 3 sets to failure
Dips super setted w/ DB rear delt flyes - Failure and 20 reps for 3 rounds
Front raises- 3 sets of 12 or so reps
Overhead shoulder press- 3 sets of 8-10 reps, failure on last set
Rope crunches- 3 sets of about 15-20

I knew using "just" 4 compounds wouldn't be like you! Haha

Miss ya my friend. Sounds like all is good. Xo
