Got my Super DMZ 2.0 in the mail, thanks Heavyiron.

Going to start it tomorrow, trying to cut a couple %. Will post pictures at as I progress! I am very excited to start this compound as I have heard great things.
 
The DMZ is giving me great pumps in the gym. Did back and biceps today, did cardio in the morning some light walking. Going to go out for a run before I go to bed. Had a lot of turkey not as much mashed potatoes as I wanted.

Went out to do some powerwalking this morning, that turned into a walk. Shin pumps, damn my cardio is bad. Did legs today, some heavy lunges and light squats. I have back problems so I can't load 300 lbs on my traps. The max I load the barbell on my traps is 150-200lbs, I do isolating exercises first so the muscles are weak then hit the compound exercises.

Super DMZ 2.0 has upped the intensity of my work-outs! Mental focus and pumps! Good stuff.
 
Been super busy lately, not busy enough to keep up with my Super DMZ 2.0 and keeping a good diet and exercise routine!

Did bicep/triceps today and some light cardio. My cardio is very poor, the DMZ helps a lot to keep work outs intense and keep muscle mass while burning fat.

Have you noticed any lethargy? I know others have said they upped their carbs to combat that effect.

What are your goals?

I gained 10 lbs. taking Super-DMZ Rx. LOVE this product!

Not at all! Quite the opposite!

Getting more intense work-outs and more energy throughout the days.

My goals are to lean out a little more and gain a couple pounds of muscle mass. Progress is going well so far :)

I agree, the Super DMZ 2.0 is really nice. I ordered 2 bottles for my work-out buddy and he has reported the same effects. He was too lazy to keep a log, but definitely is getting great results.
 
I usually don't get tired, at least until I hit the sack :)

Did Chest/shoulders/triceps today after work. Went home had to study a little before finals, ate a good dinner that will aid the Super DMZ in adding some mass :)
 
With sd2.0 hydration is a must....most that exp lethargy arent.consuming.enuff good ole water...2 gallons ed is a good #...
 
My nieces got me sick, been struggling to keep food down. Not working very well but I sneak some calories in where I can without having it come back up. Am NEVER sick last time was 3 years ago and that was because my nieces got me sick.

Will update when I am feeling better, managed to hit the gym yesterday and do shoulders really quick.
 
Seems like everyone is getting some sort of sickness right now. They were saying one of the flu bugs is a different strain from the flu shot. Real bummer.
 
I have been like this for a week now, not that bad but it's to the point where I can't diet and train properly. Going to hit the gym tomorrow no matter what, woke up this morning and main thing was headache and the thick green mucus I was coughing up.
