Superdrol 1-2x a week for specific muscle group enhancement? Any potential growth benefit?

As someone who uses pre workout (injectable) orals my understanding / intended goal is for anticatabolism and improved performance on those lagging body part days, with the recovery aspect (daily calorie / protein targets, adequate sleep, etc) determining whether or not there is any growth. I also do not like running orals daily for growth. I’ll run anavar daily on a cut and Winstrol daily, but for very short periods as the goals are different (mostly aesthetics). So yes I do think that preworkout oral like SD or AD can lead to growth, but indirectly (through driving increased performance in the gym and being anticatabolic during the session). I don’t see them promoting meaningful protein synthesis on their own given the limited exposure / area under the curve (half life 8-9 hours for most). The long acting injectables being used can perform that function.
Exactly the purpose - become superman for a few hours to stimulate the muscle beyond your usual capacity. Then, heal with your food, sleep, and background gear.

Whenever I've used androgens as PWO I've always had a great workout then been completely fucked for days because I pushed myself too hard and couldn't recover.

But I mainly do heavy compound lifts and I'm nearly 40. So...
Yeah this is probably why I have my current bout of golfer's elbow. At least the timing matches. Shot up 0.3mg Mtren just to try it out and did a nasty grindy drop set of barbell bench and boom, still dealing with sketchy elbows six weeks later.

Yep, using it on arms day occasionally. Can’t really say if it’s doing anything besides giving me more energy & strength.
Inject superdrol into your arms B4 you train and you will notice the difference. I want to say it's some type of prostaglandin/inflammatory response that is driving the growth. Pgf or something.
