Superdrol cycle

Hey everyone!

So I’m about to run an Sdrol cycle starting tomorrow. I’ll begin with 2.5mg preworkout for the first week to see how I react to it. I’ve actually had some pretty good gains on Anavar for my last cycle and RAD-140. So I’m curious to see the major differences Sdrol provides. I’ll be running this cycle for 4 weeks. Here are some current stats below.

Height: 61 inches
Weight: 125lbs

Macros:
150c/140p/55f

Training: Strength training 6x a week followed by 10-15min of stairmaster. I do train Glutes often and it’s really paid off in my competitions and off season.

Day 1: Shoulders, Glutes
Day 2: Hamstrings, Glutes
Day 3: Back, Biceps
Day 4: Quads, Calves, Glutes
Day 5, Chest, Triceps
Day 6, Light Quad, Hamstrings and Glutes
Day 7, Rest

I’m pretty excited about this cycle! If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to comment :)
 
I think you’re safe to start at a higher dosage of SD... I’d go 10mg ED and adjust from there. If you’re feeling ok you can push it to 20-30mg per day but 30mg was too much for me I felt like shit. 20mg per day was my sweet spot on SD. I also had to be really careful not to hurt myself because your strength really shoots up and your joints are not ready so take her easy and good luck bro

So I took 2.5mg of Sdrol before my workout this morning. Didn’t really notice anything different. I’m not sure if it takes time in your system to notice any effects. I’ll stay at 2.5 for a few more days and if I notice no effects, I’ll bump it up to 5mg.

Day 2

Didn’t really notice a difference today during my workout with the same 2.5mg dosage. I did have a lot of energy but that’s most likely due to all the coffee I had this morning. I’m going to try it at 3.5mg tomorrow just to see how I respond to it.
 
It kicks in fast. If u dont start feeling pumps in like 3 or 4 days, u can bump up the dose. For me, it's working in full force by day 10.

Have some Taurine powder on hand. Back pumps come on hard and quick with Sdrol (u probably already know that).

You were definitely right about that! Today’s training was much different than the last two days!

I bumped up the Sdrol to 3.5mg this morning. So yeahh I could definitely tell a difference in strength this morning lol. I’m not sure if it was from the extra carbs in the cookies from last night, but I was able to lift an additional 20lbs doing deadlifts. No side effects as of yet!

Day 13

I was meaning to update this! Strength gains are crazy! I’m up to 360lbs on the leg press at 6 reps when my prior max was 200. Same thing with squats. I’m usually questioning myself when I feel like I can pump a few more reps on a set that I was never able to do before. Trying to be careful on this stuff lol.

I’m at 4.5 mg right now. Bumped it up on day 6. I do notice a few side effects but very minimal. Weight has increased by 5lbs. I do look much fuller and noticed physique has changed. Not sure if that’s even possible in such a short amount of time?


Sides:

Fatigue: I’m always tired throughout the day and sometimes want to stay in bed. I really don’t like this feeling especially when I’m typically busy trying to get things done. Well, I’ve been pretty lazy on this stuff lol

Appetite: I was in a caloric deficit when I started taking this and my hunger was out of control. I started adding in more carbs and it’s gotten somewhat better.

I’ve noticed that I’m not hungry like I usually am. Appetite was lacking yesterday afternoon and didn’t finish all my meals. Thought it would be a good idea to try and get more of my meals in at the beginning of the day today. I’ll start doing that to ensure I don’t skip any meals.

I bumped up the dosage to 5mg today. I’ll probably stay at this dosage since I’m already getting great results with minimal sides.

i think the lack of happetite belong to Superdrol... i think its a question Liver - Intestin’s enzymes related... if your still hungerless tomorrow i would stop Superdrol and take some Glutathione or NAC, and look if hunger returns... maybe you can do 2 weeks on 3 days or 1 week off

I hope your already running liver support. You seem well versed in the things you do. Superdrol works depending on how much food you get in. The problem with it, is it Nukes your appetite. It doesnt neccesarily mean you are having organ stress. Lethargy and loss if appetite come with the territory. May be different for you. I hated eating but I started making protein shakes with carb load in it. Helped me grow even though it was hard to eat. Anytime I've run this my body tells me when I'm done. Drink plenty water. Also if you can time you dose around when you can nap. If I took 20mg PWO. I went killed it at the gym
. Came home ate and took an hour nap. Noticed I didnt have as much all day lethargy afterwards.

I really hope your sdrol is underdosed as 5mg a day for a female is VERY high. Undesirable sides should hit you fairly quickly in the next week or so. Your fatigue is the result of too high of a dose and number 1 complaint and result of high doses. Even men, shouldn't run more than 20mg a day.(as comparison, men usually handle 10x the dose we use) You don't have to run yourself to the ground with high doses or risk injury. I'm actually quite surprised that you haven't experienced insane stomach pains and cramps plus "Charlie horse" type of leg pains at night yet with that dose.
My recommendation would be to drop back down. Always run the smallest dose that's effective with no sides. Much safer that way and better/quicker recovery post cycle.

I’m currently taking liver support and drinking a lot of water. My appetite is much better now. I was feeling the effects of it for about a week and then everything somewhat turned back to normal. I have been taking a nap right after my meal and workout and that seemed to have helped!
