if your LDL is this low then HDL is virtually irrelevant. There is no plaque being deposited in that range.

Ya that's 20mg rosuvastatin and 10mg ezetimibe for the win. And I have familial hypercholesterolemia so on a clean low fat diet never touched gear my hdl is 60+ and ldl is 350-450. Rosuvastatin + ezetimibe have been a game changer for my ldl. It did bring my hdl down to 40 as my ldl came down and then starting gear took care of the rest of my hdl lol.
