I want to thank all for the advice and help in advance. I am going to be starting a bulking cycle in a month. I have been reading about supplements on different sites and they all say alot of different things so I figured I would come to this site because I have never been lead the wrong way here. Looking for advice for good supplements while bulking. I have read 2 grams / lb of body weight for protien, carb shakes with less dextrose are good, fish oil is good, I also heard some stuff about the universal animal packs but not sure about those. There is just to many different sites saying to many different things that I can get confused sometimes with it. I know the protien and carb shakes are a must, and Im pretty sure fish oil and some sort of vitamin is also but not for sure where to start. Im currently working on getting my diet right for when I start this next cycle because right now I have been just eating everything in site mainly beef, pork and chicken with veggies and potatoes. I know dieting is a big part of it and with my last cycle I kind of went in blind so Im trying to get all my ducks in a line before I proceed with another. Im 6'2 223 pounds, train hard and heavy, try to hit each muscle group twice a week, not for sure about my bf%. I might only need to train each muscle group once a week Im not for sure but read somewhere twice a week is good also. Again thats why I come back to this site for expert advice. I have noticed good gains on my last cycle that Im pleased with but I know with the right supplements I will have better gains in size and strength. I put on 18 pounds the last 3 months. Any and all help is appreciated.
