Supplements that help prevent getting sick?

As we all know winter is approaching. With my health issues I really need to try and stay flu and cold free this winter. Besides zinc and vitamin C what do you all recommend. Thanks guys.

Don't just use regular vitamin c or ( the known version ascorbic vitamin c)

USE liposomal vitamin c. This type of vitamin c works on a whole different cellular level and much more effective. Research it and you will thank me[emoji106]

Also with liposomal vitamin c, you can mega dose without the shitter experience. Since it works on a different level than ascorbic vitamin c which is what most people take and what is found in most supplements.

Liposomal vitamin c is much more potent as well[emoji106] without the possible " shit" side effect , lol

Vitamin d is one of the most important. Get your levels checked. The large majority of people have a deficiency and most guys that lift usually need around 10,000iu a day. Taken with a fatty meal

Don't just get any vitamin d though, you want to look for vitamin d3 as this is the natural form of vitamin d that your body produces from sunlight. [emoji106][emoji51][emoji106]

I just read a few studies and it sounds great. The one question I have is should I supplement with this everyday or only when sick?? Thanks bud. Not cheap either! At least the ones I saw.

I use the same, I really appreciate the fact they have have full disclosure of the ingredients.

2 scoops of the whey casein blend and 16 oz whole milk.
I love them. About 3 years ago I stumbled upon a tub in Vitamin Shoppe. Had never heard of them. I'll never use another protein powder. No issues at all with digestion, mixes easy, and tastes decent enough. A little more expensive then others. But with protein I don't mind spending a little more for a superior product.

Don't think vitamin shoppe will carry. Since most people don't know about liposomal vitamin c it can be hard to find at most brick and mortar stores. Normally I have to purchase mine online.

Lot of places you can find discounts online to make them cheaper. Think puritan pride has a great sale of buy 1 get two free not long ago.

You can take everyday if you want, which I do and I haven't been sick in maybe 2-3 years. I'm sir my time to get sick is coming though, and when I do.... I'm sure I'll be out for the count too [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

When I feel a cold coming on, Cold Ease works well. It's a zinc lozenge. The zinc coats the receptors in your mouth so the cold cant attach itself and replicate.
