supps/multi?

take a cheap mens multi....i usaully take 2-3 spaced out through the day

protein...lots of it..

Yeah, I take what PUMPED101 does. Recently I added Coenzyme Q10, Alpha Lipolic Acid, and Ester C. I really don't feel any different though. I also take Fish Oil every day. It's very good for your heart and cardio system as is Flush free Niacin. It helps your cholesterol stay in check.

You got to try and protect the body when you put it under the stress of steroids.
 
I agree with all of the above. Alot of guys don't realize what a stressful environment they produce in their bodies when lifting. Adequate vits & mins are a must to maintain stasis throughout. I personally get mine at swansonvitamins.com(great prices and great products). They also explain each supplement in detail.
