Surprise Result - Low dose Deca

Mid 50's. Based on everything I read about Nandrolone and joints, I added 50mg per week (1x per week) to my TRT for 10 weeks to try to knock out some stubborn elbow tendonitis in both of my elbows. Even at this dose, I did notice some water weight and corresponding small rise in bp. No noticeable muscle increase. However, the surprise was how this small dose improved my elbows. It took 7-8 weeks to feel results but my elbows are now completely pain free and have been for the last 6 weeks (my last pin was 4 weeks ago). I did change my workouts 1) higher reps, lower weight 2) cut my range of motion on biceps exercises down to not stress the tendons, especially at the bottom and 3) used only dumbells and bands to keep natural hand position (no supination as with straight bar, for example).

Hope the long ester isnt fooling me but I would have expected some pain to return after 4 weeks since my last shot. It could also be the case that the tendonitis coincidentally went away on its own during that period but I doubt it.

The changes you’ve made are definitely going to help in the long run. At some point we to learn to train smarter. I use all kinds of sleeves and wraps now just so I don’t suffer.

Low dose deca helps too, but nothing is as good as being proactive

How long did you have elbow tendinitis before using decca

Ya I was starting to think it was a permanent thing at the time. Most surprising isnt that the Deca helped, its that I'm still at 95-100% now that the Deca has left my system. Most say the pain comes back when the Deca wears off.
That's awesome man, I guess there is hope yet. However, I will likely stay on it forever, well cycle with it for the gains.

I’ve read nandrolone causes a specific type of collegen synthesis that most compounds fail to active. That’s awesome you’ve healed your tendinitis. I’ve just added low dose NPP myself to heal up some joints.

Pros/cons overall? Worth running the small dose or is it better binning it?

The low dose worked for my purpose (50mg/week/10 weeks). Deca at higher doses causes me too much water retention and BP issues so it is relegated to joint relief/repair at low doses only for me.

Hey bro I understand you’re from nz have you had any legit sources get through customs ? And how have you dealt with any item seizures if any cheers
