As BB was saying, you need to do some homework on your own first. Once you get edumacated then you can come back with what you have done in the past, your stats and what you are thinking of doin. At that point people will see you at least did some research and will be more willing to help you out.

I'm guessing no one wants the sandwitches that BB is serving up

Will do. I have only done test e, p and deca cycles but wanting to branch out and learn more so I can get better results. Currently waiting on test c to arrive for use with the deca I already have. Very interested in tren so have been reading up trying to educate.

What the fellows said above. Search the achives here, there's plenty of helpful threads.

If I may make a suggestion, forget the sust and get a long ester like Test E. IMO sust is over rated and has to many fluctuations. I could advocate the proper protocol, and go back and forth here with ideal injection times ext. Bottom line is, it's more of a pain,very unstable and you can get better results and piece of mind on HIGHER, and LONGER blood levels from an other ester. To many sides from sust. You have such better options available. High and longer blood levels for optimal muscle and tissue growth.

Real sus used to be great about 18 years ago. But that was before Denkall came out with t400. Omnadren was also good a little after that bit luck finding legit ones anymore.
By the way does anyone know where Manwhore went? I always loved his commentary.
