Can I get you a sandwich and something cold to drink while members just regurgitate what you could find on your iown using the "Search" feature here at Meso and every other board you'll visit.

As BB was saying, you need to do some homework on your own first. Once you get edumacated then you can come back with what you have done in the past, your stats and what you are thinking of doin. At that point people will see you at least did some research and will be more willing to help you out.
I'm guessing no one wants the sandwitches that BB is serving up

If I may make a suggestion, forget the sust and get a long ester like Test E. IMO sust is over rated and has to many fluctuations. I could advocate the proper protocol, and go back and forth here with ideal injection times ext. Bottom line is, it's more of a pain,very unstable and you can get better results and piece of mind on HIGHER, and LONGER blood levels from an other ester. To many sides from sust. You have such better options available. High and longer blood levels for optimal muscle and tissue growth.
