need advice please

Hello friends-starting my 2nd cycle. 1st cycle did sus 250mg's for 8 weeks..only gained about 8lbs-I wasnt very informed though(didnt eat enough etc..) I am 30yrs 5-9" 156lbs want to pack on weight! new cycle as folows:
--d-bol 25mg's e\d wks 1-4
--sus 250mg's every mon wks 1-8
--deca 200mg's every thurs wks 1-10
--multi vit/eve prim oil/cod liver oil/milk thistle/ala/--every day
--clomid (3wks after last sus) 100mg's e/d 5 day's then 50mg's e/d 10 days
--nolva (when clomid drops to 50mg's) 20mg's e/d 16 days
also using whey protien 40mgs 3 times per day
L-glutamine 10 mg's per day
Does this cycle look ok? how often should i workout?what about calorie intake? eating alot is soooo hard for me...no appetite...will drinking more mrp's suffice or is real food crucial? Thank you all so much for your advice!!!

Even though I am not going to take more than 250mg of test my next cycle...I think you should. Your goals seem to be different than mine...but if this is your second cycle, and you weren't that pleased from what you took last time, why would you run the same amount of test again? Try something like this:

500mg Test/wk (1-10)
30-40mg Dbol ED (1-4)
300-400mg Deca (1-10)

How long have you been working out bro? How many years? At 156lbs, something isn't right. You need to focus on your diet first. How many cals are you consuming per day? How much protein? How many meals do you eat a day? Are you getting proper rest?

I personally work out at least 4x a week...usually 5. Some may disagree, but, I just need to be in the gym...it makes me feel better.

You need to start keeping track of what you eat each day (cals, protein, carbs,fat, etc. etc.) At your weight you should be shooting for 250-300 grams of protein a day. If you have a hard time eating, you have to suck it up and eat right. Diet is huge bro. Protein shakes, bars should be near you at all times...lol. I always take at least 3-4 bars with me to work and eat them before lunch. Eat a lot of meals throughout the day....but not shit...good food that will help you reach your goals. Do some research on what types of foods will help the most. There is a ton of info out there.

Also, keep a seperate book for your workouts. Monitor what exercises and how much weight you do on each exercise. This is good b/c you can see improvements on a weekly basis...hopefully. You gotta work hard bro. Juice isn't some miracle drug that will get you stacked without hard work and time. Also, make sure you switch your routine up. Don't do the same exercises in the same order on the same days every week. You need to get some variation in there.

I hope this helps a little. It sounds like you need to do A LOT of research. I didn't even list 1/10 of what you need to do...stick around the board and read. There are a lot of smart guys here that you can get advice from. This is just a small "nugget" of things you need to work on.

been working out about two years..
but I can only seem to put on about 8-10lbs...
as soon as I get a little lazy on the eating, its all gone!
I know I have to work, and, eat even more on the gear..
not looking for the magic pill...just a nice boost...my bone and muscle structure is long and small. Metabolism fast and furious...help!!!!

The eating and training come first. I can't even begin to recommend steroids to someone unless they first show, they have the dedication and drive to eat and train properly for a sustained period of time. Unfortunately, based on your stats, you have not yet shown that.

Since you're just looking for a nice boost, start eating right and you'll get your nice boost. And you're lucky with your fast and furious metabolism, the weight you gain from eating the proper amount of food should be muscle and not fat.

There are 2 sections on this board where you should be spending 100% of your time. They are the Training and Nutrition sections. Once you learn how to eat and train and you put on about 30 pounds of muscle naturally, then come back to the anabolics section.

I know you're probably sitting there thinking you already know how to train and you already know you just need to eat a little more food and the lack of progress isn't your fault because you have such a fast metabolism and you're just a hard gainer. Sorry but it's not quite that easy or simple and it's really not even true. Although you probably want it to be true and may have fooled yourself into believing it's true, it's not true.

It's fairly easy to learn how to train properly from reading in the Training section. And it's fairly easy to learn how to eat to grow from the nutrition section. However, it's not easy to apply that knowledge of how to train, to yourself in the gym day in and day out for years. And it's not easy to eat properly, forcing down the food even though you're almost never actually hungry, day in and day out for months on end. But that's what it takes to get big. Once you learn that and apply it, you'll understand size doesn't come from a steroid cycle without having everything else in place first.

I'm not trying to make you feel bad or put you down. You may not believe it but I'm giving you the best advice you'll ever get.

ive got gear in hand and have been planning this for a while...its going to be awful hard to not do this bro!! you have got to understand!!! you must have been here once long ago! If I continue with gear, I hope you will still help along the way!thanks again!!!!!!!!!

Believe me, I do understand. But I've been training for about as long as you've been alive (29 years), and I've seen plenty of guys do things the way you're doing them. Unfortunately, they usually end up about where they started. You need to build a base first, and then apply what you've learned along with a cycle to continue growing and keep it.

Personally, I trained for 6 years before doing a cycle. At 5'7", I got up to 185 pounds, and a hard 7% BF before I started my first cycle, way back in the dark ages. :)

MaxRep is right bro. I've seen many tall lanky guys wanting a quick fix, ran a cycle or two of anabolics, then got off and eventually ended up at the same weight they started with.

You need High Calories and Protein intake throughout the day. I try and eat every two hours. Mostly Peanutbutter and tunasalid sandwiches between my normal 3 meals. And usually 2 protein shakes a day. If you are running deca, keep you protein intake high.

I am 5-9" 156 lbs what do you think my calorie intake per day should be?
does it matter if the majority of my calories come from mrp's?

I'd shoot for 3000 to 5000 calories and 300mg of protein a day.

P.S. I started at 5'10" at 136lbs and now am at 193lbs.
Worked out natural for 8 years with proper diet until the gains came to a hault. Started cycling AAS and gained another 46lbs to get me where I am today. Been cycling for 6 years now.
