Sustanon 250 advice please

Hi there,

I am 27 years old and new to aas. I have trained in the past and have decided after research to give sus 250 a go. I am currently using 500mg e/w Monday and Thursday and am on my 5th shot. I have not as of yet seen any difference and am just wondering if this is normal for a first cycle, if so when will it kick in? I weigh around 200lbs and my diet is clean, I eat every 2 hours where possible and try to consume at least 25-30g protein. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I should be notice the effects soon. Has your libido increased? And Most people prefer to run sustanon every other day
 
I've had sust that beats anything I've tried out there got huge gains from it in about 2 weeks then I've had some that did nothing the whole cycle so ya kinda need to just wait and see
 
Thanks for the swift replies, no change at the moment other than a better sense of well-being. I've been told a few different things so far, mostly that it really kicks in at around 4-6 weeks. Also would it be wise to up it to 750mg for a few weeks just for a kick start then back to 500mg?

Well that's clearly an indication right there....it's building up in your system and takes time, some of the esters take several weeks... and sust has a longer half life than other esters so be patient... you should see strength increase very soon then size and your sex drive... for your first cycle, I would stick to running it at 500mg... how long do you plan on running it?

Thanks, I'm running it for 10 weeks at the moment, but may extend it to 15 if it works well for me. Am I consuming a decent amount of food and the right food to grow for a 200lb person? I'm not sure on my bf percentage but I'd say it's around the 20% mark at a guess.
 
well 10 weeks... see how you feel, I would count to be a longer run... you'll basically finish as it's fully kicked in and changes starting to happen... every 2 hours 25-30g of protein... that's 7-8 meals a day... 175-240g protein a day... aim to have 1.5-2g per pound of your weight, that's usually the standard I go by... watch your carbs though... especially if you are trying to cut fat... make complex/fibrous carb choices and avoid simple carbs.
